you’ve sorted this out–

I’m not a chef

but I live in one of the best food and produce cities. I'm a retired wedding & lifestyle photographer turned recipe developer who’s forever torn between comfort food and elevated, high-end flavors. I can talk for too long about the perfect way an acidic burst of finger lime pearls can transform an oyster, but you can also catch me absolutely yapping about where the best fries in San Francisco are. Life's about balance right? So welcome to my little internet corner where I get to share all things food that I’m loving lately.

After college, my guy and I relocated to the Bay for work and San Francisco turned out to be an absolute playground for my interest in food to blossom into a full love affair with cooking, learning new flavors, and the restaurant scene.

We have been living here for over a decade now exploring everything this charming city has to offer. I’m here to help you find your new favorite spots in my favorite city and fill your recipe repertoire with flavors that you obsess over like I do.

currently…

I'm most likely in our 1920s apartment cooking my way through my latest cookbook fixation while binge watching crappy reality shows (where are my bravo girlies at?) and dreaming of how to bring exciting flavors and new recipes to the table. On weekends, you can find me in line for bagels, shopping SF’s best farmer's markets or soaking up hot goss over wine with my people. You can absolutely expect me to tempt you with a new recipe, a restaurant for your next night out, and a cookbook you have to add to your collection! Consider me for the role of your new food bestie and stay well fed, babes!
